Four houses and one family. If something is wrong, you are not writing to a department — you are writing to Argyris, who owns them.

During your stay
Tell us straight away, not in a review three weeks later. Most things — a broken appliance, water, heating, the pool, the Wi-Fi, a neighbour’s noise — can be fixed the same day if we know about them. Call or send a message; someone from the family is usually nearby.
If you want to make a formal complaint
- Write to info@amazingvillasincrete.com with your booking reference, your dates, the villa and what happened. Photographs help.
- We acknowledge your message within 5 working days.
- We give you our answer within 30 days. If we need longer because we have to ask someone else, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If you are not satisfied with our answer
- Booking through a platform. If you booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, their own complaints process is also open to you.
- Consumer protection in Greece. The General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Greek Ministry of Development handles consumer complaints, and the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή) offers free out-of-court settlement.
- If you live in the EU. You can approach a certified alternative dispute resolution body in your own country. We are not currently signed up to a particular scheme, and we are not obliged to use one, but we will take part in good faith if you start a procedure.
- Tourism authority. Complaints about registered tourist accommodation can also be made to the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT), quoting the ΜΗΤΕ number above.
- Courts. Nothing here takes away your right to go to court. Greek law applies to your booking.
Data protection
If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data, the Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
