Which Villa Fits Your Stay?

Four questions, one honest suggestion.

For young children, choose Villa Asteri (up to 8 guests) or Villa Myrrini (up to 6): both have a children’s pool. For grandparents or anyone who wants as few steps as possible, choose Villa Argiris: all indoor rooms are on one level, with two steps at the entrance, and the beach is about 800 m away. For friends or older children who want a bathroom each, choose Villa Kitron. For more than 8 guests, combine villas with MAZI.

Our advice, group by group

What Argyris tells guests when they ask which villa to book.

Families with babies and toddlers

Best fit: Villa Asteri or Villa Myrrini. Both have a separate children’s pool, 0.50 m deep, beside the main pool, and a free baby cot (up to 2 at Villa Asteri, 1 at Villa Myrrini) and a highchair. Asteri has the larger children’s pool and a fully enclosed garden; Myrrini has every room on one level inside. No pool is separately fenced, so an adult must always be present.

Families with older children and teenagers

Best fit: Villa Kitron or Villa Argiris. Kitron gives every bedroom its own bathroom and has a pool with integrated hydromassage. Villa Argiris has the beach about 800 m away, within walking distance, and shops and restaurants close by, which gives teenagers more independence.

Two families together

Best fit: Villa Asteri. A double and a twin room on each floor, so each family has its own level, for up to 8 guests. Villa Argiris also sleeps 8 in four bedrooms on one level. If you want a villa each, book two MAZI villas side by side.

Three generations, with grandparents

Best fit: Villa Argiris. Every bedroom and living space is on one level, with two steps at the entrance. At Villa Asteri two bedrooms are on the ground floor, raised about 7–10 cm above the terrace, and the others are 20 steps up. None of the villas is officially wheelchair accessible.

Groups of friends

Best fit: Villa Argiris for up to 8, Villa Kitron for up to 6. Villa Argiris has four bedrooms, an upper pergola with a BBQ and wood-fired oven, and restaurants nearby. Kitron gives everyone a private bathroom and a 40 m² veranda with sea views.

Couples and small groups

Best fit: Villa Myrrini or Villa Kitron. Every villa is rented whole, so a couple has the house and pool to themselves. Myrrini and Kitron have the lowest nightly rates, from €183 (Kitron) and €198 (Myrrini).

Spring, autumn and winter stays

Best fit: Villa Asteri, the only one with underfloor heating. All four have air conditioning with heating and a wood-burning fireplace, with wood for the first fire.

More than 8 guests

Best fit: MAZI. Villa Asteri, Villa Kitron and Villa Myrrini stand close together in Asteri Village, for up to 12, 14 or 20 guests, each household in its own villa. For more than 20, Villa Argiris can be added; it is in a different location, Stavromenos, about 2.6 km away.
